Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Unbound Merino gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
